| Claudette Esprit is the best driving instructor ever! I was really unlucky as I'd already been having lessons for nearly a year (with a major driving school) before I joined New Concept Driving school. When I met Claudette, I had no confidence in my ability. Claudette turned that around, she told me to book my test straight away. Her in-car aromatherapy kept me calm and her wise words will stay with me forever. I hope to be friends with Claudette for a long time, she's an inspirational woman and thanks to her...I passed this morning at Southall Test Centre on my first attempt! | I passed my driving test today at the Pinner test centre and I still can't quite get my head around it, what a day!! But none of this would have ever been made possible if it wasn't for Claudette and her AMAZING teaching. Not only is she a fantasic instructor but possibly one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Being a driving instructor is clearly not just a job to her, but a vocation. She makes you enjoy taking your lessons and never gets disheartened or shouts at you when you make a mistake.I nstead she considers all mistakes to be a 'blessing' which they truly are as you pick yourself up and learn from them. I was very anxious about learning to drive again after having a 10 year break, but I needn't have worried once I joined up with Claudette. I would say to anyone thinking about learning, don't think about it JUST DO IT!! You've come to the right place so be confident in the knowledge that you have chosen a 1st class instructor. She truly is one of a kind :) |

After trying with many different driving schools that were just a waste of time, money and energy luckily I didn't give up and found Claudette. She is unique, with a completely different approach that made my lessons a very enjoyable experience. She is really motivating and does care about her pupils. It was absolutely worth to commute from Notting Hill Gate to Ealing. I normally don't write reviews but I thought I have to let you know so that you don't have to go through all the pain that I had to go through before finding Claudette. |

| Today I passed my driving test at Pinner test centre and I am over the moon! Thanks to Claudette and her relaxation methods to help calm nerves and relax me! I have never finished a lesson feeling negative or deflated, Claudette made me feel really positive and is such a lovely person. I couldn't have asked for a better driving instructor! | I passed my driving test today at the Pinner test centre. Claudette is by far the best driving instructor I've had. She was recommended to me through a friend as I'd been through two previous instructors who were the biggest waste of time and money. However Claudette made me appreciate driving and gave me confidence in passing my test. Her methods and way teaching were refreshing and relaxing. My other instructors made me detest practising with them, whereas i enjoyed and looked forward to lessons with Claudette. I will recommend her to everyone, she's fantastic and a beautiful person. | I thoroughly enjoyed learning to drive with Claudette. She has some fantastic methods to build up your confidence and help you relax when you begin to get flustered. | Driving with Claudette has been so great! She has built up my confidence in driving and helped me overcome my nerves! After failing 2 previous tests, i thought i couldn't do it, but if it wasn't for Claudette i still would be out there having driving lessons! she uses good relaxation methods, using herbal remedies when your feeling frustrated or getting nervous, or simply to boost your confidence. she is good with her words making you feel comfortable as possible in your driving and when your feeling down she will pick you up and help you correct your mistakes! I have been driving around Greenford and took my test at Greenford Horsenden Hill. I wouldnt recommend anyone else but New Concept driving school! |

| I'd taken driving lessons with another driving school in the past and found the experience so horrible that it took me several years to work up the courage to start taking lessons again. Claudette and New Concept Driving could not have been more different. From the first lesson, Claudette was relaxed, encouraging and determined to make driving fun. When I came to England I was always thinking: how on earth I'll be able to learn english that's not possible!!! But I've manage with hard work and determination. The same happen when I've decided to learn how to drive.I was browsing on net and I found Newconcept Driving website and that was what I needed. Claudette is a wonderfull woman and exeptional driving instructo She manage to show me how to be a good driver and how to enjoy on the first place!!! | New Concept Driving school was recommended by a friend of mine and I couldn't have chosen a better driving school let alone the driving instructor. Claudette Esprit was the only driving instructor who really understood me as a learner and taught me how to build my confidence on the road. | It took me 3 years to work up the courage to learn to drive (especially as many people had told me about their mean intstructors) but Claudette was FABULOUS! From lesson 1 (which was my 1st ever lesson) Claudette made me feel calm and safe every time I drove. She never shouted at me but kept me focused by teaching me in such an encouraging manner. Every lesson she gave me the confidence to learn each driving step as well as making my lessons fun, so that I constantly wanted to learn more each week. It was very encouraging having an instructor who consistently demonstrated how much faith she had in me which definitely helped towards passing my test FIRST TIME! I cannot thank Claudette enough for teaching me to drive in such a safe and confident way, as well as teaching me in such a fun and relaxing atmosphere. | New Concept is absolutely the best!!! Learning with Claudette was really such a wonderful experience. She is very patient, calm and relaxing. She has a way of making you want to do better. I had taken a lot of lessons with another instructor and failed my test. I took lessons with Claudette in Wembley. For me she brought together the things I think are very important in driving - technique and confidence. She was able improve my technique, whilst taking account of my existing habits and gently worked me through changing them. For confidence, I could write a whole book on how Claudette makes it all seem easy. She speaks calmly, has a collection of scents and oils which one could use if one wanted to. She also has sweets for the odd sugar boost if needed. Absolutely recommend New Concept!! |

| Learning to drive with New Concept has been a fantastic experience for me. Claudette put me at ease straight away and has always kept me entertained whilst teaching me how to drive. I had had several dreadful experiences learning to drive prior to meeting Claudette and was honestly a bag of nerves behind the wheel. Her excellence as an instructor speaks for itself, I passed my test first time with New Concept only scoring 3 minor points. | Well, first I thought I could teach her how to drive before I took the first class with Claudette, but I was wrong. I had been driving since many years, but with too many bad habits like one hand driving, no hand brakes etc., Thanks to Claudette whose kindness and lots of patience in teaching got me cleared my test in first attempt. Most importantly she teaches driving more as a passion rather using it as a money making machine. As she comes from a famous driving school as an instructor, she has gained more knowledge and skills in setting up her own driving school. “NewConceptDriving” is highly recommended for beginners and for experts like me who used to think we are one :-) Wish you a very happy driving experience. |

| My cousin recommended me Claudette as my driving instructor and I am very satisfied to get a driver instructor like her. From the beginning she give me encourage and confidence all the time during my lessons. Even due I didn’t pass my driving test in the first time and I had been so upset, she always gives me confidence to think about the next test. I was always surprised in the way she was teaching me every time with so patience and calm manner, and she never hesitate to repeat anything that I didn’t understand as many times as I want. I rehearsed all my weak points many times till it become easier to understand and drive very carefully and in the right way. On the day of my second driving test I was feeling a bit scared but positive, and infact I passed my test with only six minor! In my opinion there should be an understanding between the instructor and the driver, and this was between us, which was one of the factor to pass the test. I am so grateful to Claudette and to New Concept driving school and I certainly recommended this company. |
