| Just passed my driving test at Pinner test centre. Started driving with Claudette for my first time around April times. It took me around 25/26hours of driving time to my pass my test, only 4 minors. I must say that Claudette is everything you could ask for in a driving instructor. When looking for a driving instructor you want one that is patient, calm, collected and has a great personality and I can say with 100% confidence Claudette ticks all these boxes. The learning experience was fantastic and I would defiantly recommend Claudette and New Concept Driving School to anyone looking to pass their driving test soon. I wish all the best to Claudette, Flo and New Concept Driving School all the best in the future as you deserve nothing less. |

| Just passed my driving test at Horsenden Lane Test Centre with New Concept Driving School. My last test was in 2006 and I hadn't driven since until I started taking lessons with Claudette a few weeks ago. I took just three lessons with Claudette who was the most patient and encourgaing instructor I have ever met (and I can assure you I have met a fair few)!! The learning experience was excellent and Flo is a great car to drive. I will definitely miss Claudette's calm and reassuring voice without which I'd still be holding onto my provisional license. | I HAVE JUST PASSED MY DRIVING TEST!!! *jumps up and down* I don't think I can say much more about how great Claudette is than all the lovely things everyone else has written. I read these before I first booked with her, and just wanted to find out if she is REALLY was that good, and hand on heart, she IS! She has all the qualities you'd want in an ADI and more! I will definitely miss FLO baby and have many moments to treasure with Claudette. (Claudette, I have 3 words: driveway, peanuts and chimes ---- fun times!!) Other than teaching me how to drive, she's taught me to give my blessings to all those wacky drivers and also how to relax after major uh-oh's. Armed with my rescue remedy I had the best drive! | I cannot believe I passed my test this morning! I am on such a cloud of happiness I can't come down off! All thanks to Claudette, who encouraged me to get over my nerves all the way through, and kept me clam and collected with lavender, Rescue remedy and hand reflexology. Thank you thank you thank you! So happy I was advised to go to New Concept driving school, I would never have passed without Claudette to help! | What can I say, I'm still in shock as I've just passed my test 1st time with only 4 minors! No way could I have done it without the help of Claudette, I've had a driving instructor before but didn't get on with the lessons but as soon as I started with Claudette I felt at ease and felt I was making so much progress even after just 1 lesson. She is very enthusiastic about teaching you to her best ability, and thanks to her i passed quicker than i thought i would. I felt a lot of pressure to pass because I started learning to drive 8 years ago but the stress I felt kept causing me to give up. Now I realise that the instructors were just not right for me. | I passed my driving test today WITH NO DRIVING FAULTS AT ALL!! and I know i could not have done it without Claudette!! She is the BEST driving teacher anyone could ever ask for. After learning with another driving instructor I had given up all hope. When I joined New Concept Driving School and started lesson with Claudette I felt a million times better. She is so calm and friendly and makes you feel at ease, I still cannot believe how much he built up my confidence! When you do something wrong she doesn’t get angry like other instructors, she calmly explains your fault and lets how to correct it for next time. | I passed my driving test today at the Pinner test centre and I still can't quite get my head around it, what a day!! But none of this would have ever been made possible if it wasn't for Claudette and her AMAZING teaching. Not only is she a fantasic instructor but possibly one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Being a driving instructor is clearly not just a job to her, but a vocation. She makes you enjoy taking your lessons and never gets disheartened or shouts at you when you make a mistake.I nstead she considers all mistakes to be a 'blessing' which they truly are as you pick yourself up and learn from them. I was very anxious about learning to drive again after having a 10 year break, but I needn't have worried once I joined up with Claudette. She was recommended to me through a friend as I'd been through two previous instructors who were the biggest waste of time and money. However Claudette made me appreciate driving and gave me confidence in passing my test. Her methods and way teaching were refreshing and relaxing. My other instructors made me detest practising with them, whereas i enjoyed and looked forward to lessons with Claudette. I will recommend her to everyone, she's fantastic and a beautiful person. After failing 2 previous tests, i thought i couldn't do it, but if it wasn't for Claudette i still would be out there having driving lessons! she uses good relaxation methods, using herbal remedies when your feeling frustrated or getting nervous, or simply to boost your confidence. she is good with her words making you feel comfortable as possible in your driving and when your feeling down she will pick you up and help you correct your mistakes! | It took me 3 years to work up the courage to learn to drive (especially as many people had told me about their mean intstructors) but Claudette was FABULOUS! From lesson 1 (which was my 1st ever lesson) Claudette made me feel calm and safe every time I drove. She never shouted at me but kept me focused by teaching me in such an encouraging manner. Every lesson she gave me the confidence to learn each driving step as well as making my lessons fun, so that I constantly wanted to learn more each week. | Well, first I thought I could teach her how to drive before I took the first class with Claudette, but I was wrong. I had been driving since many years, but with too many bad habits like one hand driving, no hand brakes etc., Thanks to Claudette whose kindness and lots of patience in teaching got me cleared my test in first attempt. Most importantly she teaches driving more as a passion rather using it as a money making machine. | My cousin recommended me Claudette as my driving instructor and I am very satisfied to get a driver instructor like her. From the beginning she give me encourage and confidence all the time during my lessons. Even due I didn’t pass my driving test in the first time and I had been so upset, she always gives me confidence to think about the next test. I was always surprised in the way she was teaching me every time with so patience and calm manner, and she never hesitate to repeat anything that I didn’t understand as many times as I want. I rehearsed all my weak points many times till it become easier to understand and drive very carefully and in the right way. On the day of my second driving test I was feeling a bit scared but positive, and infact I passed my test with only six minor! In my opinion there should be an understanding between the instructor and the driver, and this was between us, which was one of the factor to pass the test.
